A bill of sale records a private sale between individuals — furniture, electronics, a bicycle, equipment. It protects both sides: the buyer gets proof of purchase and ownership, the seller gets proof that the item was sold as-is and paid for.
Describe the item precisely in the 'Details' field: brand, model, serial number, condition, included accessories. For vehicles, note that many countries require an official transfer form for registration — this template can complement it but not replace it.
It means the buyer accepts the item in its current condition, visible defects included. It does not cover defects deliberately concealed by the seller — describe the item's condition honestly.
