A rent receipt is the landlord's written confirmation that the tenant has paid the rent and charges for a given period. Tenants often need it as proof of address or proof of payment history for administrative procedures and future rentals.
Fill in your details, the tenant's name, the total amount received and the period covered (for example 'June 2026 rent: 650 + 50 charges'). Issue one receipt per period paid, and keep a copy for your own records.
